Most things you need are in the app under Settings, and you can do them yourself. For anything else, write to us and a person will read it.
Email us.
Email is the fastest way to reach Akadi. Use it for billing, account access, a video that did not turn out right, a privacy request, or a question before you sign up.

What to include
- Your account email address
- The page or step where it went wrong
- What you expected to happen instead
- A screenshot, if you have one
No waiting needed
You can do these yourself.
- Change or cancel your plan
- Settings → Plan & usage → Manage billing / cancel. It opens the Stripe billing portal. No email to us is needed.
- Connect a social account
- Settings → Social accounts. Choose TikTok or YouTube and follow the platform sign-in.
- Disconnect a social account
- Settings → Social accounts → Remove. This deletes the stored access tokens straight away.
- Set up conversion tracking
- Settings → Conversion tracking. Copy the one line of code to your website and mark your success page.
- Manage your product images
- Settings → Product media. Remove any image you no longer want stored.
- Delete your account
- Settings → Delete account. It removes your workspace, videos, links, clicks and conversions, and it stops billing.
