- What counts as one video?
- One finished video is one video. Akadi does not charge credits or per second of footage. Reviewing a draft and editing its text or layout costs nothing extra.
- What happens to videos I do not use?
- Unused videos from a paid plan carry forward for one month, capped at one month of your plan. The free trial video does not renew.
- How does yearly billing work?
- Yearly costs the same as 10 months, so 2 months are free. You pay once a year, and your videos still arrive every month, with the same one-month carry-forward. Cancel from the billing portal; the plan runs to the end of the paid year.
- Do I need a card to try it?
- No. The free trial gives you one finished video with no card. Choose a plan afterwards only if you like the result.
- How do I change or cancel my plan?
- Settings → Plan & usage → Manage billing / cancel opens the Stripe billing portal. You can switch plan, cancel or delete your account yourself, without emailing us.
- Who handles the payment?
- Stripe. Akadi never sees or stores your card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your country adds.
- Is anything charged separately?
- Optional paid supporting footage is the only extra, and you choose it per video. Everything listed under every plan is included.
